Well, This is a very rough "sketch" of what it will be. Still not very complete. Some portions are a lot rougher than I intend for them to be, but I wanted to release a drivable beta to get some input.

Well, I'm not sure the difference between flash and non-flash. Mine is a ScanDisk Cruzer Micro 512mb. I think it may considered flash, but I'm not sure, I'll try it come tomorrow.

Slayer, I'm trying to make a track with a similar style as my first, but reflecting what I've learned since then. I ...

Question, Is it possible to put an entire traxx project folder on one of those usb pocket drives, and work off of that drive? Or would I have to copy it from the drive onto the comp?? Problem is, I don't have much time here and I'm thinking if I can work it off of the pocket drive, I'd be able to do ...

I also know some people who buy music because they want to have the real thing.

I went out and bought a cd yesterday. When you buy a cd as opposed to downloading, you insure the quality of music sound-wise. If you can live with poor quality and threats of computer damage, then go ahead and pirate ...

So instead of throwing out a topic and asking to make an argument for one case or the other, they told you exactely which one you had to take a stand for? Doesn't sound too fun, but here are some ideas for you.

Personally, I don't think making it legal or not will have an impact on whether or ...

Give the guy a break. Everyone is expected an amazing top notch game from Mat it seems. He has even stated that the intended product will be freeware. I think its great what Mat is doing, but I don't think it is fair to make a comment like that. "You are not allowed... " Mat is only one person. You ...

"so-so tracks" I'm sure many would disagree with that comment, as all the tracks I have run by you are quality.

Don't know if you seen this, (thought I should mention it):

Mountain Racing 2

Ok, well, I decided a while ago that I would redo mountain racing to see how it would turn out with the same concept and a newer knowledge of the game compared to when the track was made.

I have made new textures with a similar style, which are much more pleasing to the eye, and don't have seems ...

>> The work around is to set your game computer as DMZ host for the time you're playing online and then disable it again afterward.

I tried that with no success. I'm thinking of loading mtm2 up on the comp near the router and just going from the modem when nobody else needs the internet.

I believe a zone type alternative was in development. I'm not sure what it was called, though I bet your'd be able to find it if you dig through these forums.

Question, for ip games, does having a router firewall prevent you from connecting?

That is what I was originally thinking when I first read your post. It seems poosible, but you would have to use trial and error to see how high up you need to place the boxes.

Another thing that I thought of was to alter the ground level like on the small tire tracks.

Thats a great Idea, though it isn't possible through the ground level like ST tracks. ST tracks set the depth of the ground to a higher number. The ST trucks on a regular track will appear to be ...

Do you still use AIM? GAIM organizes it in tabs, not sure if you prefer individual windows to tabs though.
