I just chopped and moved some pieces . It was just a quickie to see how the truck would look rather than trying to make it look real . The part of the car behind it is all messed up .

Beyond that is was a test for the host ...so... Thanx all around !! :)

Saving .ini files in Vista

If you have had problems with Vista saving .ini files , here is a fix . Each time I ran Evo2 , it was like the first time I started it . No profiles , screen resolution , joystick configs , nothing .

The fix is you must "take ownership" of the .ini file (metal.ini in this case) , it will then ...

Before any bad , the good !! This is a cool , fun little track . I like your use of colors and the square boxes that look beveled (I had to slow down and look ) .

My one , only complaint is where you come out of the one green pipe , the box seems to stick out too far and throw you into a nose ...

If there is a little square at the end of the list (looks like machine language) , delete it . If I remember right , nothing shows up in Podit until you do .

Back up the stock 1 first .

From DTR1 ....850 verts ...586 faces .

DTR2.....903 verts.....1079 faces .

Not too bad . There ars lower poly (low detail ) versions in the file to start with . I picked the highest here of course .

I'll check the others for you . Time for STEELERS . Supersedes all others !!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Phin . I had to clone it anyway . I no longer have a txx and I found some stuff to change. This will be the final .

The old one can stay as all file names (anything changed anyhow) have been changed . There was still a nasty shortcut that had to go away .

I'll include the txx this time ...

I have a new version of Tin Penny Pass . I can rename the pod but should I clone it and rename all the data files before uling the new one .

Or will you just delete the old one ? I will include a new readme that will say to remove the beta before mounting this one .

Can't remember the name or find the track now but it uses the arrow textue from the CP box on certain parts to point the way on parts with big , sudden elevation changes that it seems to launch you through (never did figure out hoe they did that) . You also go through kind of a tunnel (more like a ...

For any one that doesn't have the MCO models or only has a few , here are all of them . I have also included a gang of them that I have doctored up and are ready to go in .z3d format . CD/DVD burning software

A friend of mine just got a new computer and is a complete nOOb to it . I am trying to puppy him through the leaning stage . He wanted a simple to use CD burning program to burn audio CDs .

Here is what I came up with . Both of these are free and will burn audio CDs or multi-session data CD/DVDs ...
