 Post subject: problem with animated modles

when i put the helicopter in the sky it stays there until i start the track then it drops to the ground. the same with the vulture and the lighthouse house. now the helicopter stays in the air if i dont use the one that the blade turns. thanks levi

Howdy. I think you're setting them to 'moving' in Traxx, which you shouldn't do. That type is for trains and the like and will always snap to ground level. Generally speaking you should set animated models to non-collide, if anything.

thanks wink thats what i did put it on moving ill change that . can you tell me how to make the train work. does it need a certain path to take or does it move the way the front of the train is facing. thanks levi

A moving object (train) can be rotated like any object but it's speed and direction are based on the numerical values you assign to it. Click the 'moving' link in my post above and that should explain it. I'll look forward to seeing your tracks in the future. ;)
