 Post subject: Resizing

One of my projects im about to start is St. Louis 2006. On this track, it has a table top that holds 2x15 cars, so thats 30 cars. Its a long jump so i need to resize it to the right size for the cars...Im still having problems understanding binedit. so can someone plz give me some info to how to resize a object..thanks

Open the model, click Model, Resize, type in the new sizes, click Ok.

Thats it. :)

There are two ways to resize, you can resize or you can translate.
Translating means moving selected vertices or faces, which can prevent destroying the proportions of another part of a model.

For a quick example, suppose you wanted to make the post longer on this sign:

<img src=http://mtm2.com/~malibu350/scraps/images/trak/CJyieldsm.jpg>

Rather than resize you would do best to select the bottom vertices of the post and translate them downward (then re-center the model).
