To make the truck driveable you just need to create the pod ('pod truck' button in binedit) then mount the pod to the game.

I have a bin file that is a truck I want to drive that i've put together. I want to know how to save it as a truck file??? That is how u edit existing trucks. I think??

Trainboy means, I think, that he's composed a single BIN model of a truck out of models of the tires, frame, and so forth, so the entire truck is one BIN. It doesn't work like that - to make a driveable truck you need seperate BIN files, each of the tires, the frame/body, and the axles. All these BINS come together in the TRK file to make a full working truck. Hope that helps. [tu]
