I just got a new ATI Radeon graphics card, and, for some reason, when I open a bin file on binedit, the textures are mapped in a really weird and completely random way. The graphics card does not affect the game, however. What is wrong with Binedit?

If I had to guess, I'd say the paths are wrong in preferences. Triple check the paths are correct and the files on the hard drive are in the right folders.

It's also possible something over wrote the files you want to use.

Does it happen on all models, or just one?

I'd say the paths are wrong in preferences: Nope, they're correct.

It's also possible something over wrote the files you want to use: Well, the actual textures are fine from what I can see in the texture normalizer. I used that to look at them to see if it was them that was messed up.

Does it happen on all models, or just one: All, but some texture mapping problems are more minor than others.

EDIT: Does this mean I have to reinstall Binedit?

You never have to reinstall binedit (or traxx, or cowpod, or cpod, or etc).

Can you show us a screen shot of what a model looks like? It's highly unlikely it's a graphics card renderer problem. You never know, of course, but it's not likely.

Please note I have not touched the mapping on this model.

It looks like a raw file from another digger with the same name rearranged the mapping for you.

which digger is that? so I can dl and see if I get the same results.
