When MTM3 was in development, were there any screenshots of the game? :?

Really? I heard it was, but the funding was cut, so the project was canceled. I really hope they start it back up, but hey, here's to dreamin'.

I've been wondering about this, what ever happened to MTM 64?

you can still buy MTM 64 on ebay lol. i found an N64 emulator for PC....but you can't read the words on the MTM 64 addon because they're just lines....very good 3D lines, but lines nonetheless. the graphics are what you'd expect on an N64.
:D hope that helps.

I have heard a lot of things about MTM3... that Bill Gates himself cancelled, and more wacky histories. Truth is, TRI didn't want to develop a game with Microsoft anymore, so they made 4x4 Evo with most of the MTM2 code. They didn't use the MTM2 name cuz it was copyrighted by MS, so they made a 4x4 truck game instead. Check some Evo1 beta screen, I guess you can call those MTM3 screenshots.

mtm64 it's just a mix between mtm2 and mario kart. Has some weird stuff, like a soccer game with monster trucks, a hockey game, a police truck, superpowers and 4 languages. And it has some new tracks. No big deal tho.

Yeah, but *beep* 4x4 SUV's are boring compared to 1600 horse power alcohol burning monster trucks.

Been hearing this since 1999, MS dropped us, and focussed on Evo... what a whale outa water that was, good editors can do everything they can do in Evo in MTM2, its just the game that limits us, most of us have proven that, Evo has nuttin on us.

There will never be a MTM3, MS developed one. but it became Evo.

MS has never developed anything. They were only the publishers of the MTM series. Terminal Reality developed MTM and MTM2.

Yep. Terminal Reality are the developers/programmers, not Microsoft.

And 4x4 Evolution is such a leap forward. But I won't take sides. I still game online with both games and host/co-host tourneys in each game while many have left.
