But now it seems like I can't plug it in anywhere... do I need a serial to USB adaptor?

EDIT: It seems I do need a USB adaptor...

why would you bought something that old? is that steering wheel THAT good?

and yes, you need a serial to usb adaptator. I have one, I used it when I was working for Sonda, configuring routers. But.. we're milles away
