No pod.ini

I dont have a pod.ini file, or maybe im looking in the wrong place. Can someone tell my exactly where to find it (not just the MTM2 file, cause its not in there. If i dont have it, can i get it!!

Cowpod has a restore feature that will recreate it for you.
