C-POD v1.0.56

The official c-pod home page

http://ch.mtm2.com/c-pod/ (link updated)

The unofficial c-pod help page

http://mtm2.com/~mtmg/cpod/

We've worked hard to squash all the bugs, and even got most of them. This program rocks.

c-podini has been upgraded too but has not been thoroughly tested and does not have help pages yet. But check it out.

Three cheers to CH_2005 for doing this for us.

P.S. The cpod repaint tutorial is here

http://cownap.com/~mtmg/repaint/

Ok I got a little problem, when I open C_pod the out line of the window for it appears and is there for half a second. Then it disappears. It shows it on the toolbar, its like its invisible. Ive done the basics like turn off pop up blocker . The first time in the morning it worked great, I got an TXX. for the first track turned comp off went to work. Can any body tell me what me or the comp are doing or not doing right. Thanks for any HELP.

Go to the c-pod faq page...

http://mtm2.com/~mtmg/cpod/faq.shtml

... and run the registry cleaner found there, I think that should fix you up.

You should be able to just right click on the task bar button and hit move, then hit an arrow and then move the mouse and the window should jump to the mouse pointer.

I had to come here to say THANK YOU and SORRY Ch_2005, will make sure in the future to give credit in my read-me file for your AWESOME program C-pod. If not for this program I could not have made my newest track. I set out to FIX my old tracks. But did not have the original TXX for most. But with C-pod I was able to make a new one. Any body that has not tried this program, I suggest that you do. You can do LOTS with it. Charles

Same as above. Already got the Support Files and Registry Cleaner.
Any ideas guys?

I found that long ago updating direct x messes with the opening position of cpod. I have no idea what the connection is, but running the reg cleaning takes care of it each time. It's just one of those weird microsoft quirks.

Are animated textures incompatible with C-pod?

I've been getting some emails from a new truck-maker who is having problems with animated textures going missing from trucks he makes with C-pod.

When I tried using it to re-pod a truck of mine that features animated engine textures, C-pod tells me it can't find the animated textures, even though they are all in the art folder.

Is there a fix for it, or should I just tell him to use another podding program if he wants to use animated textures. I saw no topic titles about animated textures on the C-pod FAQs page.

Well it was supposed to.
But I made a careless mistake.

It's been fixed.

C-POD 1.0.57 Released 5/26/05 11:34 EST.

Get it here
