I recently found this excellent program which has apparently been around for years... the only references I could find here are these 2 post: http://forum.mtm2.com/search.php?mode=results
But no links or descriptions.
5 or 6 years on this program has come along leaps and bounds and it's FREE!
It has many features included in Photoshop but is as intuitive as PSP. In fact I personally think it's the perfect balance between the 2 programs at the perfect price.....

Download it here:

It's been around for years as a linux program. Windows users should use the following link.

You'de be amazed at some of the stuff out there for free.

I run Linux on my latop whenever I can. I rarely boot into windows - i only use windows for MTM2 and a few other things.

If u want to give one a try I suggest Suse Linux. But i'd say u should try it on a fresh computer - dont try to dual boot windows and linux on a machine that's important to you until you are somewhat familiar with the installation process.

To try linux on a machine without installing try Knoppix. It just boots off one CD. http://www.knoppix.org/
