How do you get to the body paint?

How do you get to the paint of a truck so you can repaint it? And don't give me tutorials that explain the whole process...I just need to get to the paint. I know what to do, as in RAW to BMP and BMP to RAW stuff.

PSP7 to paint.

I just use the paint brush, selection tool, and magic wand.
