A few quick observations I noticed after taking a lap on this track:

1. As mentioned in Phin's review, checkpoint 1 is way out of position

2. Found a few trees that need to be fixed. Here's the other one

3. There are several areas where blending & alignment could be improved. When you run the track pay particular attention to the texture and look for spots like the ones I pointed out in the picture. The transition between texture should blend, and you shouldn't see lines (alignment) within the texture.

4. Several backhoes are improperly positioned; some are floating while others are recessed too far into the ground.

Finally, I'm hoping you're going to use actual markers for your checkpoints. Racers wouldn't enjoy running into an invisible checkpoint marker. There have been trackmakers who suddenly...vanished after pulling a stunt like that lol. Image

That's all I noted on a 1 lap run. I encourage you to use the examples I noted and look for the same types of flaws, and even take it a step further. Afterwards, I'll run it again and give you my thoughts/findings. Image

Agreed, patterns are great. And they're easy to make your own too.

Anyway, Crash has uploaded a fixed version so I turned the old one off.

Cool - I'll check out the new version today and post my comments here.

Edit: Disregard above statement. I just noticed this track has been finalized. Any observations I have will be made in "Track Talk".
