Viruses

I keep having 3 viruses that keep coming back and i dont know how to stop them. I have AVG free edition and when they are detected i can delete them right away and it is no problem but they keep coming back and back again. There is no rhyme or reason as to when i find out they are back and they all come up at the same time. There file names are
C:/WINDOWS/Nail.exe
C:/WINDOWS/svcproc.exe
C:/WINDOWS/system32/DrPMon.dll

its spyware not virus. Aurora Adware/Spyware to be exact.

I had another question about Spyware Blaster, is there a way that when i minimize spyware blaster that it goes to the tray(i think thats what it is called , where it shows programs running)?
