All you old hands, I need your help...

Where are you all? Phin, Cope, Mal, I barely see you here now, let along posting/reviewing tracks. How about this: I propose a marathon race get-together. ZS Rally. 8 Laps. No stops.

The ZS Rally Marathon!

I'd love to get back into online racing again, so how about a good long race on that classic Joint-Effort race track. 8 Drivers, 4 teams, total racing madness. :) Like that idea?

I'll post a sign-up list now:

Team 1
Driver 1: NIR_Cr@$hC@rt
Driver 2:

Team 2
Driver 1:
Driver 2:

Team 3
Driver 1:
Driver 2:

Team 4

Driver 2:

What do you think then? I say we should run it on Sunday 11th December at 6:00pm GMT. I'll make truck for the 4 teams, in 4 basic colours. Anyone wanting to race should sign up before Thursday 8th December.

Let's get ready then, for the MTMG revival race!

Hehe everyone's still here, Cr@$h. As for your proposal, as much as I love ZS Rally (and racing in general for that matter), 8 laps on Zoon's marathon rally would be . . . masochistic in my opinion lol. I could probably squeek out 3 laps at the most, but that's about it.

As for you getting back into online racing, there are easier ways to do it . . . like downloading some tracks and coming into the the Nitro room or entering the weekend tourney. Both of those options would be far easier than trying to convince people to run 8 laps on ZS Rally lol. But hey, if you're determined to move forward with this endeavor, then I wish you luck, partner. ;)

Yeah 8 laps is a bit brutle, ive never played the track, but 8 laps is to many, 2, 4 lappers is ok, gives people a chance to rest, but an 8 lapper... no thats too much

Slayer, a fast lap on ZS is 10:54.03... and that's smokin'. :) so a 8 lapper would cover well over an hour and a half. I'm afraid my knuckles would peter out after 3 laps.

wow 10 minutes, thats crazy, be pretty hard to keep compitition going after that long when after one lap the trucks would be pretty far spread. and i dont think i can race for 10 minutes non stop, anymore than 5 on mtm2 tires me out (the game is just that intense! lol)

Actually i find chips work really good, chips and pepsi (coke doesnt work as well for me) preferably plain lays chips (cleaner hands that way). it works a bit, but with it i still lose power about 7 minutes in, after that my thumb is just killil me.
