Are they Nrrivas textures or can they be used freely?

He didn't include a readme file so there's no way to contact him but in the past he's always been good about sharing his work. If you're really concerned about it, you might always try to find him

Well i'll see what i can do.

In the worst case scenario i'll just steal them like a thief and then credit him in the readme (also like a thief).

i remember this track stealing duddley horse. so i looked in my fast lap book. i was right i had a 106.78. and my notes say it was a good track with a little weird swist at the end just before the start/finish line.
