Vehicle Physics Demo - v0.2.2

Here is the latest demo of my softbody vehicle physics demo, v0.2.2

Textures were added to the terrain to see what it will look like
Rear steering now works and independent. A,D - Front steer, and Left,Right Arrow - Rear steer (you can toggle linking them with F3)
A chase camera has been implemented.

Several more things have been changed or added...

Awesome job. The rear steer works good. I broke the truck in about 10 seconds.

Downloaded this last night, but it kept giving me invalid file errors when I tried to open the zip. Gonna try it on my laptop when I get a chance
