hi BigDOGGe, now that you're here I hope you don't mind that I want to repaint a truck (evo conversion) of yours, the nissan frontier racer.

Greetings, and thanks for the welcome. It HAS been a long time. Glad to see you kept it going. Nice!

These days I'm mainly re-building junk bikes into new riding machines and selling them on Craigslist, and flying RC heli's and quads.... dabbled with some electric boats too. You'll find me in the RC boats section over at RCGroups.com as "AirDOGGe".

Kmaster, have a blast with the Frontier. It's all there for people to use as they wish. I don't think I've worked on an MTM2 truck since 2005, and my last EVO2 truck was finished in 2014. I wonder if I even remember how to use BinEdit anymore.

Even though KC is departed, a friend of his is keeping the forums going on his server, and I still have admin powers at Vales and have access to all the MTM2 and EVO2 trucks if anyone needs one for a project.

Great to see old friends again. Hope Santa is kind to you all this year (Assuming you've all been good boy and girls...)

I'm sorry to hear about the passing of KC. Cancer is a SOB. I can still remember the vales/mtm2 site when it was all comic font and dark before he changed it to white.
I think I still have my old vales CD's.
He will be missed. R.I.P. KC

"AirDOGGe", I would of bet it would of been "WetDOGGe" lol

Heh-heh. I had considered "SeaDOGGe.

Yeah, I had my own battle with the big "C" starting in late 2009. Did 8 chemo sessions and got lucky....Still here. My own best friend of 33 years passed of throat cancer in January of this year, and then KC in late August. Getting old is a B.......

I joined RC groups when I started flying (and for awhile, crashing) single rotor heli's, hence the "AIR" in my RCG name. This was around 2011, before the drone craze. I had always wanted to try learning to fly helicopters, and after the cancer battle and the risk of re-occurrence I figured now or never. I took up boats in 2015.

There are a couple of video links embedded/hidden in my last post. I do not know if anyone noticed them, as the text color did not change nor get underlined as some forums do with embedded hyperlinks. There's one of an FPV flight around the yard and another of my fastest boat (so far).

Welcome back BD.

Sad to hear about KC. I read about his condition a while back but I haven't checked since (and I generally don't post) as I have been battling with my own demons in the meantime.

Same here! Welcome back, BigDOGGe! I've seen you before on other websites, like KC's 4x4 Evo 2 Place. :D

Maybe not just a visit. I may try making an MTM2 truck again at some point if I remember how. Zmodeler-1 lets me export .BINs.

That sounds good to hear! What about 4x4 Evolution series vehicles?

I wish your old Monster Truck Madness 2 websites are still up because, if I remember correctly, there was some content on there that didn't make it to this website. If it's true, do you have any plans to upload them here anytime soon? Thanks!

I did 56 EVO2 trucks, with a number of them monsters. This is still my favorite custom monster truck:
http://vales.com/evo2/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=19041

But I did do some fairly accurate replicas too, like these:
Eradicator: http://vales.com/evo2/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=20118
Awesome Kong II: http://vales.com/evo2/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=18722

If you know of any content of mine that isn't here, I can try to find it and get it uploaded. There may be some things at Vales/MTM2, but not sure.
