First off, TrackView will save in four formats: JPG, PNG, TGA, and BMP. However, they are all saved in high color mode so if you want to use it in your track you still have to reduce color depth and save as bmp in order to use it... regardless of the file format you begin with. Here's a couple hints.

To open a file in psp, use the 'open' file feature and select the type you want to open.

To save as any type you want (including bmp), use the 'save as' feature and select the type you want to save as.

Code: Select all

Sentences end with a period, not a comma.

2 is spelled Two, To, or Too

4 is spelled For, Fore, or Four

? is spelled question

> a little fussy the bitmap, can i do any thing about that

Yes and no. The game renders using 256 colors. Sometimes there is distortion and corruption. If that is not the problem, then learning the paint program better might help. It takes time.

> can you do some thing 32x24 Icon bitmap

Yes, but it's seldom worth it. Instead, right click the icon in the track component box and select stock.

That will give you the best choices.

But remember, the game only displays a small percentage of these. As often as not you won't even see it.
