You have people trying to help you out. Getting snarky will only discourage further assistance. You did not have reflections off for the first picture. In subsequent pictures, you have, and the water is no longer an issue, so it's possible to see what you were talking about in your first post. Having gotten this far, I think the next step is what Malibu350 is suggesting. Update DirectX and your graphics drivers.

i rolled back the drivers and its all good now
