You know it was a funny thing what happened today.

So let's begin (take your popcorn before starting to read it):

Yesterday i was at a eat_with_ur_hands restaurant and my brother brought (finally) his camera with him. So he took some pictures with me and the cap (i look horrible in the pictures). But he forgot the cable that links the camera with the PC and he didn't wanted to go get it.

Anyway, he (as usual) didn't even put the photos on his laptop (memory stick) and left for Germany. Now his girlfriend forgot her phone in my bro's appartment so we in the end ended up with the key just for the car to break down. Called a friend (who just got off work and didn't eat all day) and he came, picked us up and drove us to my bro's apartment. There i go up i pick the phone, open laptop and make CD. When i go down the friend is so freakin *beep* for waiting that he even tells it to my face that i'm a *bleep* (lol). Then i explain to him that tomorrow i leave for Greece so there wasn't another time to get them. Don't know how much did this smoothed the moment.
So then he drops us off at girlfriends place, she takes dads car (who's in Italy and doesn't let her drive his car) and i brought the key back, she drove me back home only to realise that i FORGOT THE CD in the friends car!!!

And i don't dare to call him for the CD. So yet again, no chance to see pictures of me wearing the cap for the following week.

yeah yeah yeah, we believe you Fila... if I only had a dime for each time I've heard that story, man i'd be filthy rich by now.

Try to get a pic when you're in Greese, maybe next to one of the famose landmarks there, like the eifel tower, or stone henge? ..that'd be cool :o) lol

have fun

Nah, gonna take a pic with Buckingham Palace.
But i don't have a digital camera, just the old fashioned one (digital is my brothers) and i don't have a scanner.

Do us a fav and see if you can't find one someplace that will read it... just to be sure there was no mess up. Your's isn't that old so I wasn't anticipating problems.
There has been a mess up somewhere along the line - but not on your end. The "Multi-Player" DVD-ROM/CD-RW combo drives in the machines at uni read it fine - so it looks like I've just got a picky DVD-ROM at home. Hard luck...

Yep, sure is, Krazy. Got only a couple left, then we move on to any final tweaks (we're kinda tweaking as we go along, actually), and then judging. Again, we're hesitant to pinpoint a specific date, but we can say it'll be very soon. :)

LOL, Krazy, not bad for a guy who started in february and still managed to be four days after the deadline [;)]

We figured anybody who had six months to make one track wouldn't begrudge a few weeks to review the lot of them [:P]

btw, we're considering leather bound special edition copies of the reviews for prizes, autographed by fila [(-:]

Translation : we're workin' our collective tails off.

I had the same problem D2S, my previous dvd drive was less than two years old but would not play some of the newer dvd formats... so I went out and bought the cheapest one I could find for about 50 bucks and it plays everything now...
