Since I am a track maker and don't have a clue how to modify a truck is there anyone that would be willing to take a truck I use and put 4 extra tires on it? (4 in front, 4 in rear)
If so, where do I upload the .zip file...KC's truck section?
Thanks in advance FE

Phineus, I uploaded 2 trucks I'd like done. The picture you posted is exactly what I want. The file is posted on KC's truck section called FEPACK.ZIP
Would it be an easy thing to rename them so I can use the orignals also? And, is there a tutorial on MTMG so I can learn to do it? I already know how to re-paint, but this is new to me..
Thanks for your help..
(note) the red chevelle was the first car I owned 25 years ago...aaahhhhhh memories....<sigh> thanks again

p.s. orignals = originals

Your truck is uploaded to kc's beta page. I named it "2 x 2 Pack" for you. The zip contains one pod (FEtrucks.pod) which has all four trucks merged and podzipped.
All I did was take the trucks you wanted and then added the tires from the prowler truck.
No, there is no specific instructions on how to do this...here or anyplace else that I know of. But there is Lord Cap's TRK breakdown on mtmg. That should be enough to get you started - it's very thorough.
The procedure would be this. Create the tires you want using binedit. Then edit the trk file to indicate the base-name for your new tires. Then edit the lst file to include the new models and art. Repod using winpod or tracked2 and you're done.
note. tires must be a complete set of eight, numbered 8l, 8r, 10l, 10r, 16l and 16r. the base name is what distinguishes them from other tires.
Let me know how it goes.
