email spam

I received a <a href="http://mtm2.com/~forum/images/emailspam.gif">spam note</a> in email today FROM MYSELF which usually means somebody has an email virus on their computer and my email in their address book. Please, if you suspect you are having problems on your computer then please run a virus check, or back up and then delete your address book to stop this sort of thing. Thanks.

For what it's worth, I don't care if a ms engineer quits - I'll bet he didn't even drive a train.
