MTM2 start up page

I was lookin at some downloads page for mtm2 and saw a thing that change the start up page, track page and garage page to a different background thing. Its a really cool idea but i dont really like the new background. is there anyway to make your own?

since i am using C-pod instead of winpod do i still have to make the lst file?

C-POD can make a pod from a lst but that operation is fairly obsoleted by the drag-drop functions.
