Connection issues

Hey all,

I just recently upgraded from slow dial up to cable internet. I run off of a NetGear router. I forwarded the ports for mtm2 3500 and 6500. I also disabled all firewalls for windows and Mcaffe. I can now connect to games. But everyone else that connects I can not see they are unknown. Any sugguestions on why this is happeneing or possible solutions?
