New MTM1 trucks in the original MTM1 art style

I got MTM1 running smoothly on a Win95 virtual machine, so I'm gonna start playing around with it as I get bored. This is step 1, I'd like to fix some of the less-accurate stock trucks (Bigfoot and Grave Digger, mainly), then go back and run through other trucks from that era. I'll end up making some templates first, but this is a good proof of concept.
