MTM2 Beta Patch 0.42 - hotfix for online play

This patch fixes the online that was broken by 0.41. Everything else should work the same.

Cale can you upload that truck as a beta so I can test the online play? It should be fixed but I want to make sure. The axlebar code was the one that broke the online.
