Well, you could run as many cars as you wanted if you didn't mind making "Top Crush" models that were actually two and three cars together.
I agree on most parts Cale. I've always been an advocate of vertice managment. Even when my computer could run mtm2 at 25fps with 8 fiberglass trucks racing, I was still looking for ways to trim vertices without scarificing detail. It was always a challenge.
