Another beta???

I was searching some images of MTM2 when i found this:


The truck still have the beta axle and axlenbar too, but the tires is diferent from the other tires


Of course I dont take it important, but the i was seeing some youtube videos of mtm2 when i found this video

After I saw it, some trucks have the same retail tires, others have this tires that i showed it, the game have the beta music(the mtm1 ones), but for the bad quality of the video if doesnt shows the gameplay.

I just want to know which version is this MTM2

The wheels are completely different, so it looks like another beta version to me.

I dunno what to tell you man, I put videos of MTM2 on youtube but that video is not mine..and I've tried to record videos of our beta with fraps, but it will not record footage. I'm clueless just as you.

Not sure if fraps works with win 10.

Well maybe it works with direct3d and not 3dfx, or 3dfx and not direct3d, maybe I was using the wrong renderer..I haven't put that much effort into it, only tried a couple/few times.

Everything I found on the internet about Fraps and Win10 is that it's not supposed to work.

Actually yes, there are 2 betas to Monster Truck Madness 2, the beta we have right now available for download is Beta 2 if you check out the readme inside the mtm2 beta folder. so this is likely beta version 1, which I have been looking for a long time now, so if you can find more about this, or if anyone has a download available to it, send it to Fila so we can get it on this website, would be amazing to have, it looks like alot of fun.

Everything I found on the internet about Fraps and Win10 is that it's not supposed to work.

Far as I know fraps requires a DX9 overlay, which means no mtm2 support without nglide and 3dfx mode.
Fraps does indeed work in windows 10, although as a program it's obsolete. OBS for regular, and shadowplay for us nvidia elite are the preferred choices these days. Both free. MSI afterburner also does a very good job. I tend to use that in a pinch.

No overlays work for windows store apps, which is one of the main reasons the windows store sucks hard.
