Hi,
I know I'm three years late for saying this, but in 2013, the official MTM2 webpage was removed from Microsoft's website, along with other websites based on old games (Midtown Madness 1, Midtown Madness 2, etc.) I actually miss it, but I'm wondering if anyone else misses it too.
Does anyone miss the official MTM2 website?

Yeah sadly a news article popped up about the old page, and a few days later MS removed them.

That's what they did. I guess after support for Microsoft's old games were discontinued, they thought they would be kind enough to keep them up for nostalgia. Either that or they just forgot about them for several years. But no matter how old MTM2 is, its official website will be missed.Slayer wrote:Yeah sadly a news article popped up about the old page, and a few days later MS removed them.

I think they forgot about it because the direct links to the files still worked. They just the actual page because it wasn't cool with the hipsters/millenials.

Eh you can still sort of visit it via the web archive, takes a bit to load some stuff on there.

just tried downloading a bunch of the soundbytes & they all work fine.
screenshots takes a bit to load but it works.
