If anybody's interested, I just started up a circuit/rally racing league, entitled CRRL (Circuit/Rally Racing League, get it?). Sign-up and further information is available at the CRRL website. I encourage anybody remotely interested to please sign up. We race via IP, and will split up the racers onto different IP races if necessary, to ensure low lag and maximum enjoyment. The fun begins July 23

It's a continuously running league, so as long as there's a remote interest, it'll end after a few months (end of season, I guess you'd call it), and all the results will be tabulated and a winner announced and added to an archive of season winners, and a new season will start up a few weeks later. No big deal, though. Up to you.
