Track of the Month

Here's an idea. A vote for the month's best track. Post your comments here. These would be the rules:

- People cannot vote for their own track(s).
- All forum members can vote.
- You can only PM me with votes once.
- Each person can vote for 3 tracks.
- Voting will be done via PMing me.
- A thread will be made listing all the month's tracks and linking to them.
- A track-pack will be made, consisting of the top 10 tracks as voted for by you.
- The voting will last for a week.
- I will announce the start of voting in the list of tracks.
- Tracks will be ranked in number of votes. The more times a track is nominated, the higher it will be.

Please post any questions regarding this idea.

Great idea there, id agree. be nice if you could make them vote only once too. But the way people change there IP and Clear Cookies now days is almost unstoppable. Other than that, its wonderfull idea to see whats track of the month. ;D

The forum allows polling and only members can vote and tracking is done by membership and by ip, and anybody can set one up. Feel free to use this if you'd like to.

Phin, can I have more than 20 options for a poll? If not, voting via PM would be easier.

I think it'd be easier to just start a topic at the end of the month. Maybe first post of the topic would list all elligible tracks from the month and let people make comments on which they like/don't like, ect.

I agree, Kdawg...which is certainly not to discount your idea, Cr@$h's - I like it. Maybe it's just me, but if it's kept simple people are more likely to participate, which is what you want I'm assuming. If you go with Kdawg's suggestion, and it takes hold, then maybe you can fine tune a few things along the way. Heck, talking about tracks is always time well spent in Copey's book lol.
