Change of Plan

Post by Grim2004 »

Slight Change of Track, the first track is gonna be Port Town Aero Drive!!! All this bascilly is transfering the tracks from F-Zero Gx to MTM2!!! I couldn't make Mute city because there is like a half loop in it, and you can't make loops in mtm2, it's gross! But Port Town is really cool you'll love it!!! Plus I got the Music right here off: www.smashboards.com so it'll take a bit longer, now sit back and relax and watch F-Zero!!!! Whooo hooo! New twisted Turns. The Tracks are as followed:

1)Port Town Aero Drive
2)Fire Field Udlation
3)Mute City Serial Gap
4)Big Blue Drift Highway
5)Green Plant Spiral

Thank You, Very Much
East is East, West is West, if you go slow, I'll pass you and you''ll fail the test!!!

I do.

Of course you can make a loop track model, but you can't make a properly functioning loop in MTM2, because as soon as the truck is upside-down, it tried to turn itself upright once again.....Loops have never worked in MTM2.

Port Town Info

Post by Grim2004 »

High Road, Brown Sky with stars, a gigantic building, these are all that i need here is some info on Port Town Aero Drive:

World info:
The 26th century is dominated by intense competition between planets for profitable interstellar trade. As a result of this competition, planets have built huge space harbors to attract the massive space trading vessels which can bring enormous wealth to a planet's inhabitants. The Port Town space harbor, for example, has been unsparingly built with the newest technology and aesthetic refinements in mind. This multilayered structure is centered around a massive shaft towering over three miles above ground and is regarded with awe as the most advanced and largest harbor in the universe.

Grim either learn to edit your posts, or just stop posting.

This whole 2nd page other than Mal's post, is all yours. Stop telling us about it and just do it, the pics you posted aren't even of your tracks.

You need to take some responsibility and stop acting like a child. That's great your making these tracks, but around here, talk is cheap, and we'll believe it when we see it. But there is no way that this whole topic should've gotten to 2 or anymore pages.

Make your tracks, and when you're done, we'll be the judge if they are as great as you are taking all these pages to brag that they are.

The sad part is that no one should even have to make the post that I just did. Get some common sense, and start using some judgement. And don't make a response to this like you did to one of Malibu350's posts awhile back, by blowing it off and not listening, by saying "Yeah anyway" like you did to him.

We're glad that you're excited, and want to learn and that you're building things, but we don't want to hear about every little tree you place in a track, or every new stripe you put on a truck. Get something worth showing finished, then if you took your time and did the very best you possibly could, then by all means brag all you want.

Heh... In one ear and right out the other Kev...

Grim, he's right. Quit trying to act like a hard ass and just do it. We don't care about all these "updates" that have no useful information. We don't care how hard each track is going to be.

Yes, it's good to see enthusiasm from you, but how bout putting it into your work instead of wasting on pointless posts? The tracks aren't going to get done by just talking about them.

Post by Grim2004 »

The Segments are up, the track course is up, i'm working on the textures now, but can anyone please help make the models i listed up above, i'm still in the process of doing it, hey Phin, can you change the colour of the sky brown so it my track will look like the orginal version in the game, btw.... those pics, i'm gonna change the course abit for lots of reasons, but don't worry it'll be like the orginal, I'm sorry for not spending so much time at my work, and spending alot of time on the forum. The sky will be brown the ground will look like it's high, Port Town is almost finished and plus i got a new track coming out tommorow, you'll have to wait and see. I've been really busy these days, but the new release tommorow is not f-zero, i'm gonna change the music for Poor Town (Port Town) :D :D [dance] just a joke, i'm using Media Monkey to Change the format from .mp3 to .wav
