From the look of it progress is still being made for MTM stuff. I think that is cool.
Yep, I gotta check in from time to time

That's okay, we're just waiting for your site to get back online and for the next truck release.

Mal and Phin, always good to see familiar names.

If I only had the time...........................
Although it has been so long I am sure that I would have to read the instructions to figure out how to do it.

Well forgot to sign in before I posted.
Hi LordCap
I think you retired before I discovered this game (Nov of 99), but I know of you. In fact, it might surprise you to know that the 3'n1 pack you and Phin made are still pretty dang popular. We have it on our "Short Track List", and it always gives us a heck of a wild race.
Anyway, good to meet ya, LC!

I can't remember, but I think that I was still doing some MTM stuff back in 99. Phin did an awesome job on the 3'n 1 pack. I am glad people are still enjoying it.

You were most likely retired before I showed up (late 2000), but I've seen your name countless times in scrapyards. Welcome back "old timer"

Yeah I had pretty much left the editing scene by 2000, but I did still have MTM installed quite a while after then. I have downloaded many of your customs and they are all top notch. Many of your creations left me scratching my head wondering "just how did he do that".

Its the rare bookmark that I keep forever, mtmg made the list.
I got lost after Evo2 ran outta gas, I stopped playing with my PC for a time but came back after the PS2 ran outta goodies.
I was into EQ for a time, getting as high as 57/58 with a wizard in a top raiding guild. EQ 2 came out and I retired soon after, Picked up City of Heroes and went to the end and back more than once, after level 50 its all over. Tried EQ2 but after a few months canceled it, just doesnt have EQs magic sadly.
My brother bought WoW in between and we both agreed it was dullsville, treadmill with the same old carrot just wrapped up in a shiny package. I still play guild wars occasionally but no longer do I play in any MMO, just to much time required to accel and get wrapped up in it.
I stick with NWN, Sacred, KOTOR2, Guild wars and a few more games I am currently chewing on.
Its a shame that Microsoft never followed up MTM2, it was the shining example of a good game with a better sequel, only equal to MCM1/2 in that regard. I had hoped tha Xbox may have sparked some interest but sadly they let MTM, MCM die and Midtown is all but buried, I think the madness series has met its demise
Good to see everyone alive and kicking, shame the zone closed MTM2 down. I think thats what I read anyway.

Still alive and rumored to be somewhere in oregon?
Not quite, KD - MTM 2 still has it's own room, and it's anything but dead. It's certainly not what it used to be, but we're still having a heck of a lot of fun at it - racing, rumbling, CnR, RnR, race tourneys . . . and there are still awesome tracks being made. I think it's more accurate to say that MTM 2 is dead to those who made the decision to stop playing it.
