Pardon my sarcasm, and to those who know me I hope the laugh was timely.
IMHO> MTM3 went into development several weeks before MTM2 was even available to the general public and it continues to be developed to this day. It's available here for free, no strings attached.
MTM4 will come about when MS shares the source.

maybe if they EVER make another MTM game, hope it will be about what monster trucks really do. i dont want circuit racing in valleys and all that stuff. i want straight line, st. style, j-drag racin. thats a good monster truck game. it probly will never happen though. no one knows how to make a real monster truck game for some reason.

we've said it time & time again, but here's the companies that would make a really good monster truck game:
ratbag - (already said they weren't interested)
monster games - i can't find a website anywhere
ea games - possible, but doubtful
atari - the closest to the real thing so far (stuntman), but they won't take any e-mails unless it's a solicitor.

monsters are my life.
Performance Auto Racing - Concept and development by me. If you want real monster truck races, you get 'em. The longest a monster truck race should last is, say, thirty or so seconds - like the old TNT figure-eight. I will have a monster truck area of this game, so you might want to stay tuned.
Monster Truck Rumble - Naturally out of the question; the only thing it dabbles in are long races like in mtm2 and wide-open tracks. They have crushable cars but it's nothing like real life.
Monster Jam: Maximum Destruction [edit: I was thinking of Monster 4x4: Masters of Metal actually] - They've got car crushes, drag races, and all that, but it's still very little like real life for some reason. Also, there is no PC version.

the monster truck games i got are, MTM2, MT Rumble, MTM and Monster Trucks for gameboy advance, and Monster Jam MD, Monster 4x4 masters of metal. none of these games are really about what they do. they have modes where you can crush cars, but those modes arent great like in Monster Jam MD and Thunder Truck Ralley. I make my monster truck tracks for Stuntman but thats not really fun. When you hit the ground you just bounce around and flip. its stupid. im still waiting for Monster Jam World Circiut (Monster Jam 3). maybe that will be a good game.

they did make max d for pc, but like no computers can run it. you can't use it on a computer with a cd-burner on it, or one with a dvd drive.

thats what i do when i make tracks. i also make pro stadium truck tracks too. it you be nice if they had a code where you could put unlimited cars, vans, buses, and little jumps for the pro stadium trucks. one thing i dont do is put the baracades by the cars, i need to do that because everytime you hit the cars, the cars and everything else goes all different directions.

I'm sorry for sounding a bit n00bish here, but what exactly is MJ:MD like? I've only had experience with the MTM games, and Masters of Metal for the PS2. I've seen some $10 games at Wal-Mart that are based off Monster Trucks, but I'm not sure about them. Sierra/Papyrus did a good job with the NASCAR series, with their last game being almost a perfect NASCAR sim. Wonder if we'll ever get something like that for Monster Trucks. I want a MT simulator.
An accurate physics model, accurate damage model, racing, freestyle, easy to use paint program (I'm asking a bit much, aren't I?)
Monster Jam Maximum Destruction is a stupid game in my point of veiw. there is alot of trucks in the game. some old trucks you never see anymore. The main game is goin to citys like New York and Las Vegas, not racing, you go to a exhibition or season and you can choose to do death match, (shooting trucks with guns), cash grab, (to see who can get more money), and points, (who gets more points by smashing stuff). there are mini games where you can race and freestyle and some other stuff. the racing part is just goin over hills in a arena racin 3 other trucks, and the freestyle is stupid, your in a arena with a time limit. theres a big hill and 2 rows of cars cant really get alot of air. if your interested in this game and you get it, this will to you how to get unlocked trucks
