tools menu not available

hey i just reinstalled binedit 2.0 test release 23 after a reformat from olie pieper's site, and the tools menu is not availiable with the truck editor and such. can anyone help? thanks.

Two things.

Binedit 2.0 is not available from Oliver Pieper's site, so I don't know where you got it.

The latest version of binedit is 2.2.8 from this link http://malibu350.com/m350/

That should set you up.
