mtm2 install

Post by levi »

i have an original mtm2 disk,i want to install it on both of my drives (c and d).problem is that once i put it on one of them i can't get it to install on the other drive. it just says play or unistall game when i try to run it again. it won't let me get to the part where i can choose what drive to put it on. why, i did it a long time ago,but i cant remember how i did it.

Just copy and paste the \Monster Truck Madness 2\ folder over to the other drive.

You want to install it to drive D? Well, that's impossible, because D is the CD drive. You can't install the game onto it's own disc! Plus that's where the installer's running from. However, I know what you mean, and it sounds like you want to create a copy of the MTM2 CD for your grand kids... it says on the disc itself it's illegal but what the hey! Two methods:

1. Get CD-Burning software, and a CD-burning drive, then download the MTM2 ISO (disc image) and burn it to a blank CD-R. Not a CD-RW, because it could be deleted.

2. Lend your grand-kids the disc. :D

Hope this helps.

Mine is on the D drive. My cd drive letter is G.

And I haven't read the terms of use lately but I'm pretty sure it says you can only install on 'one' computer. I don't think there is anything to prohibit it from being installed multiple times on that computer.
