At a Monster Nationals event the Announcer was ran over after apparently just walking out in front of the Samson Monster Truck.

I work at a Feed Mill and we have machinery running most all the time, it doesnt take long before it just becomes static noise, so, not hearing anything out of the ordinary and probably assuming that the truck was taking the other route back to the pitting area, he stepped out, and then a couple of seconds later we lost one of the Best and Brightest People in this sport forever.
