I'm looking for a track that has you ramp a bunch of busses.

I have two tracks that did that, so you may have to be more specific.

Beyond The River
and
Fun In The Snow

Both have that.

I remember another track that also had it, but I cannot remember the name of it.

I remember the Quid Pro Quo one mentioned above, and yes it does have many buses (5 or 6) with giant ramps twice in a row.
When racing the track I remember part of the tin fence was at an angle it could be jumped or go underneath it where a cow is. Out side there you will eventually find a long marked paved road, speed along it and you will find the buses and ramps.

A number of us had many hours of fun racing and jumping those

none of those are it, sorry. The ramp was a part of the race and not an extra thing you have to look for. The ramp itself was made of the dirt you find in A Crazy 98. On both sides of it were bleachers and the busses were the city bus kind.

Phin complained about those busses along with the cow at the bottom of the lake... cluttering up the roadway when beta testing or something.

I got rid of just the cow :)
