Strange graphics problem

I posted in the other topic but my problem seems different.

I got a new computer. It's a desktop with vista 64bit and I can run basically every game on the highest settings. The only game that messes up is MTM2

Here's what it looks like on my screen:

As you can see, the top half of the screen doesn't draw and only shows the background. Anyway to fix it?
