1.) Can you download MTM2 of the internet?
2.) How good of a game is it?
3.) Does MFR for example come easy to download after MTM2 is?
4.) Can MTM2 tracks be downloaded right after the MTM2 download?

One has nothing to do with the other.

Tracks can even be downloaded before mtm is installed. While tracks are used in the game, downloading them has nothing to do with one another.

Just go to http://www.mtm2.com and near the top Right of the webpage where it says "Utilities", click "More".

There, you will get the hookup for many things.

It's just like downtown.
