Need an error fix

building a track.... when i flip, instead of righting, truck gets stuck below track surface. Happened to me once before years ago. what causes this?
and the wheels dont move either while your running sometimes... part of the same error

I'm not sure what's creating these problems because they never happened to me, but all I can assume is that something with the game is corrupt. The problem where the truck goes underneath the ground instead of being placed onto its four wheels again reminds me of the BugSaga mods for Midtown Madness 2.

Have you tried setting the course without any models and then loading the map? Or just main(0)?
