this track is 6 months old, but I made some improvisations to it and uploaded to beta section

Neurotic Nut Valley

- overall good
- challenging drive at times, but that's ok
- check tree properties near cp5? course segment 14
- Lighting is a problem (set sun straight over head)

All of these things fixed. Maybe not the lighting, since I liked the dark atmosphere.
(After all, I changed the lighting a bit)
