Or try audacity.sourceforge.net - runs great for me, plus it's free.

Ok, I have a different converter now. Is 11025 Hz ok? It doesn't measure in KHz.

It says: 8bit, Mono, and 11025 Hz.

EDIT: Never mind. I tried that, and it works.
