MTM file formats, MFR is being revived.

Post by Jpez1432 »

Not sure who all remember MFR but I am making contact with the MTM community again after some time. I plan on reviving MFR. Not sure exactly how, when, or any of the major points other than that it is coming (Gamer121) I will be contacting you shortly as well. I have contacted a few of you already. Some of you might remember MFR would render most tracks from MTM 1 & 2, but not in there entirety. I am missing some components. If you have any information on the files that are used to "make up" a track please respond. Same goes for the trucks. MFR had the bodies and wheels. The four links, shocks and axles were missing. I have looked at the different vertex components from the options based inside of the truck files but can't figure out how to place the shocks, and mainly the fourlink bars. Any help is appreciated. If anyone has had contact with Mailbu350 or his son RBIII, or knows how, please help. I am also trying to contact them for questions about the Traxx and Binedit source. I would like to inquire about the components missing with them because I believe all could be solved. Thank you.

Here's a forum thread I recall from quite some time ago that has quite a lot of track .SIT information.
