okay, I downloaded them at the same time. Unzipped them at the same time. However I podded them at the different times, but I still had the same problem. what am I doing wrong?
The problem is that they cannot be podded at the same time because the track names are 'too similar'. Monster Truck Madness 2 reads from a text list of track names when you try to start a race and it can only read up to names that do not exceed eight letters or numbers long, therefore, whatever program you are using to mount pods to your list of tracks, use that to take one of the two tracks off so that only one is present on the list at the same time. You can still run both tracks this way, just not both 'listed' (on your podder programme which basically just edits the pod.ini text list that's found in the mtm2 folder) at the same time.
It's a pretty uncommon problem with name conflicts but it does happen from time to time.
