Is there any thing I need to download to be able to edit truck body parts?

Binedit is mtm's tool of choice. But any 3d editor can do the job so long as you can later convert it to bin format. See the mtmg help pages for info on binedit. Drive2Survive's Binedit Resource is also an excellent site.
