Arena bins

How can i make a arena bin smaller to about 10 X 14 or 14 X 10? Also how can i edit them in binedit?

mtm2 arenas use an unknown face type and they will not open in binedit or zmodeller. You can resize mtm1 stadiums using binedit's resize option.
