Basically, I need someone to build a model out of two existing models: 15tcross.bin (animated RxR crossing signal), and Tp4strt.bin (Farm Road 29 Start signal).
Here is a picture of what needs to be made (I made this in paintbrush):

Note: It is VERY important that the model looks as close to the picture as possible.
