Changing the coler of elements

I've seen like Hac-man with MARS2MTM change the sky with a texture, but is there a way to change the water color other than customly making textures.?

When I say change the color i mean the color like blue to red.

I believe these are the game's stock water textures. Color them up anyway you like and put them in a pod file, but it will only work on your system and only if it's mounted at the top of the pod.ini list.

Kdawg, change the color of the water, then put that pod into the same pod as your track, and tell ppl to mount it at the top. Buuuttttt, all other water will be different colored, and people might get annoyed and take out your track.
